The service
Clear Invoice provides editable templates and export tools for business documents. It does not process payments, submit tax filings, approve purchases, verify identities or provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing document content, calculations, tax rates, payment details, legal wording and compliance requirements before sending or relying on an exported document. Templates are starting points and may require changes for your location or business.
You must have the right to use any text, images, logos, signatures or personal information you enter or submit for recognition.
Recognition and generated results
Recognition results may contain omissions or errors. Always compare extracted fields with the original source. Clear Invoice does not guarantee that recognition output is complete or suitable for financial, tax, contractual or legal use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Clear Invoice to create fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful documents, interfere with the service, abuse third-party APIs or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Availability and changes
Features, templates and external integrations may change. The service may be unavailable because of browser changes, connectivity, provider outages or maintenance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes local storage, analytics, recognition providers and user choices.
